A 4" drop shackle and hanger kit will only go 4", nothing you can do to that. You could change leaf springs and leave the shackle and hanger kit, but this is mucho money. I would put the stock hanger back on and install a flip kit and c-notch. Put the shackles in the shortest hole for 6" of drop. You wouldn't exactly have to put a c-notch, but it will hit on dips. With a 6" drop using a flip kit and shackles, you end up with about 2-3/4" between axle and frame.
