Just a quick thought... what plugs are you using? I put cheapy flowtech headers on my 350 and am using a Bosch plug, which is as short as an Accel header plug, but available everywhere. Am on the road rite now so I cant get the # of them but I think they are in the Platinum Plus line. My wires clear real good with out denting the pipe.
