I have those same holes that your talking about. My truck isa 69 c/10 it has aftermarket a/c the two holes on the floor are drain holes for the condensate lines and the firewall are for the a/c line to pass through. My a/c unit is made by a company callead ARA and it has two drain going through the floor. It looks like they just drove some kind of chisel or large screwdriver throught the floor the didnt even use a drill bit back then.
