I reccomend the twisted Dewalt wire wheels for your angle grinder. Get both the cup and the flatter wheel for different areas. They are about $15 each. Then for do it yourself paint I don't think you can beat Eastwoods extreme chassis primer and extreme chassis black. Eastwoods is always having a sale and you can get the primer for $10 a can and the paint for $15 a can. You will need about 4 or 5 cans each. So for about $165 you can get the job done and done well.
