Fire extinguishers (yes, plural) will DEFINITELY be added accessories when it's done this time! I haven't done it yet with the truck, but I've done it like I described with bikes in the past with little to no trouble. If you have a good insurance agent just tell them what you are looking for and they can custom build a policy based on your needs. When I had the custom policy written for the bike I raised the deductible to an ungodly amount because I (like you) wasn't going to turn in a claim if it got knocked over or dropped with minor damage. I was just looking for something to cover a total loss, or major accident.
