I agree with everyone, and also with 68suburban's comment.
I can't remember the numbers right now, but the manual choke version is almost always way too rich. The Electric choke (which i recomend) is normally just right, and maybe a bit on the lean side.
They are very easy to tune and swap parts out in them.
