Finally got the jack dug out of the parts shed, pics taken and here they are. Also have the cab pillar and floor mount brackets but did not get them in the pic. Hope these come out good enough to show. Jack heighth extends from 7 1/2" to 16" with all sections working as shown in pictures. Needs cleaned, primed, painted and oiled but does work.
