make sure you are using lines back into the reservoir while bleeding (bench bleeding kit), one other tip is there are two stages. You might not be pushing the piston in far enough for the front to flow fluid.

Thanks. The front may be OK now. But the rear keeps getting bubbles not out of the tube, but from the bottom of the tank in the rear section.
