I realized that my front sway bar bracket is supposed to bolt through where these rivets hold the very front crossmember in place. You are supposed to grind the rivets out and replace with bolts. Unfortunately I have welded this all in as solid as the Rock of Gibraltar. No problem as long as you have access to a magnetic drill press! Ground head of rivets off then drilled through the center of them and will tap them (the remains of the rivet) for a 3/8 bolt.
