Tom, I had the same problem when I had that set up. The M/C and booster are new, but the same part number that was pulled out of the original blazer. I'm not sure if you have to get a smaller booster say go to an 8" as opposed to an 11".. I wouldn't think that your motor or my motor would suck that much vaccum out of the motor.

I was also told to try a vaccum canister on the line..

I have a new proportioning valve at the house if you want to try that also.
