Yes it does have full range at full dump which I have pictured in the yard. The rear only steers a little on a Quadrasteer truck. It makes a dramatic difference in parking the truck, especially this one that needed to end up 4 inches longer that the original 2002 Quadrasteer truck. Remember I was married to the 72 Suburban door length plus the cab back + the 72 shortbox length so I could use factory moldings. I could have shortened the bed in the front more and custom made my front and top bedside moldings, but I had seen the pictures of the Gold and White one (see page one of my build), and the proportions of that one looked so right I didn't want to mess up what I knew looked good.
