i have the same tank as g&r from no limit, except i have an internal pump.
i do not recommend this set up, as i have had to drop my tank to service the pump 4 times in 10,000 miles.
once the pump went bad and 3 times for failure of the fuel line from pump to tank.
i had written no limit many times for problems with this tank, he did replace the pump long after i bought one.
but i have never had a explanation for the hose failures. the first hose failure was at zero miles.
the tank is an excellent tank, i would use an external pump if i had to do it again.

i used my stock drive shaft, but had to have it cut down to fit the 700r4 trans
not sure how long your trans is, if it is the same as a 350 you can use the by changing the front yolk and u-joints
the new u-joint have different sizes to fit the shaft and the yolk/rearend.

i bought a desert cooler stock replacement from brothers, it was drop shipped from us radiator
it has an extra core and trans cooler in it. looks good, works great.
also have a spal fan and shroud
