If it is falling off at 5100 rpm with those heads there is the problem with the combination. Peak power with those cubes and 325cc heads and the stroke of that engine should be around 6500-7000 rpm. What are the cam specs, compression ratio, header tube size, exhaust tubing size & carb size?
