i am in georgia and have worked in the hwy dept in the past.the standard hear for speed bumps is about 4 inches at the thickest point although i have seen up to 6 inches in private locations such as apartment complexes etc.the standard here for speed humps is 6 inch but they are alot longer and easier to go over with a low ride.i would recommend your lowest point to be 4.5 to 5 inches at its lowest point for a static drop.i have air for the this very reason
