I totally understand where you are coming from. I was planning on a little back and forth (I watch too much Pawn Stars) so I didn't mind the offer. I just realized I need to at least get them tested and working (if needed) so I can, with comfidence, tell someone the true condition. For all I know the shop could tell me it doesn't work at all, needs to be serviced and it will cost $300. In that case, your $200 dollars offer is probably right in line.
On a side note, does your restore place rechrome the face plates on the radio?
