Now that my nap is over I'll answer. Just kidding the high flow would be great if the price is'nt much more than the replacment. Without making a ton of HP most stock replacments will do quite nicely. Like I said if the price is'nt much or a concern go ahead and get the higher flow because it will cool more but it may take more power to turn it so you may need to check into that aspect
