Go to
www.imgur.com and click upload from computer. Select your files and just follow the instructions on the web page. You want to copy and paste the "BB Code" link here for each picture.
Make sure to save the link if you want to use those pics again. Imgur doesnt make you sign up/register which makes it the fastest I've found if you just want to upload something quick.
To make a long term album, register on photobucket.com
