That's a good looking 68. It's the same color combo 68 that my girlfriend drove to school back then. It's the truck that caught my attention and never left. Hers was the 327 and auto. That truck is long gone but I kept the girl. It's been 41 years now.
Just the initial cleanup helped your truck a lot. It's only getting better.
Enjoy the time with the son. Once he hits the streets you probably won't see him much anymore.

Oh and buy him some britches will ya...
