That blue '71 1 ton dually 4x4 is owned by Tom O'Brien of Southern Oregon. When I was at his place buying his '60 GMC 4x4, I looked that NAPCO over. That was the only way you could get a 1 ton dually 4x4 back then. GM didn't start making 1 ton duallys off the assembly line until 1977.
