IMO the coil springs have no problem on the rear of a Burb. But if that chassis is what you have to use, then by all means. However keep in mind that you will have to to some fabrication for the body mounts. Not just because it is a Burb, but because it is a '62 which sits on a wider frame than the '63-'73 trucks.

Ill try to get some pics up of it. She is a little rough around the edges but all there and I got a 61 GMC parts Burb with it. I really wanted to build the GMC but its to far gone.

I have a shortened 72 chassis with leafs, do you guys think that would make a better chassis since the back of these seem so heavy?
