So.....$400.00 TOTAL, this includes purchase, mods, & frieght?
Can I have a day or two to think about it? I know there's nothing like this around here so far.
This would be going under my C30 flatbed. It has a 402 w/ an SM465 and a 12" clutch. I haul scrap metal loads of up to 3000#. Right now w/ the 4:10 I rarely use granny even loaded. With this setup I'm only getting 7 MPG.
I'm thinking if I'm empty by far most of the time, that when I am loaded, the granny will be needed; I can live with that. BUT....my mileage will be better as I'm empty far more often. As you can see I'm talking myself into buying this.
I've been on the board long enough to know I can trust you, your integrity, and your description. Also, I appreciate that you're going to a lot of trouble to modify it, palletize it, & trapse it to the dock, and work with me on the price.
