This truck will be a daily driver so it has to be usable but we all know that the "stance" is most important.
Look for a minimum of 45 series sidewalls or taller. I think there are a couple of manufacturers that make 'tallish' 18's. a 245/45 would be a decent size front & 285/50 or 295/45 out back would fill up the ol' wheelwells. Up front, 8 " & out back 9.5"s, both w/about 5" bspacing.

To be exact, you need to do the dirtywork & take your own measurements from your application. If you have stock wheels that fit, you can add to b.spcace w/some styrafoam(sp?) or wood to check interference.
