nah you just get a new cup. i had the same problem. once you set em up they're actually good guns for home shops. i use the hell out of hf guns for primmer.
i don't know how true this is, but supposedly the harbor freight guns are made by cp. devillbis makes most of the parts for the cp guns. im using dekups on all my guns now. worth every penny
