You could contact Jimmy Smith Hot Rod Design and Illustration jimmyshotroddesign.com. Here is a good friend of mine and local here in Phoenix. He does the renditions for Custom Classic Trucks Magazine, Street Rodder Magazine, and some of the others. Not sure what he charges. I know it isn't cheap. But he will draw up the truck and right down what parts would need to be used to build the truck like the artwork.
