It looks very good in person. Its shiny, but if you look real close you can see brush marks. It seems that the brush strokes show more where there was paint on the frame that I wire wheeled off than where large ammounts of rust were. I'm guessing that it won't hold up nearly as well as powdercoat would. Also, paint each rivit by hand is asking for a slip of the wirst, so there are a few spots where I got some black onto the grey and probably some where not all the rivit is black. I'm assuming the shinyness will fade after a bit also.
Nope, I don't have a link to XOrust. I work at a hardware store that carries it. I'm pretty sure its just like rustoleum, its oil based. Maybe a search on the net could find some results
