Iam going to guess that the nut that holds the yoke in place was not tight enough and that the speedo gear gets squeezed inbetween the two.?
I do not see any other way to hold that gear in place as it has no type of keyway on it.
On a happy note I did fix my TC so now I have 4wd back and going..
