Yikes I see you're from the Netherlands, that could be a problem I guess
Here in the states the 16.5's are still readily available in quite a few sizes. I still run the 9.5x16.5's on mine, and they can be had in an off road type of tread or more of a highway/towing tire which is what I use in a E load range.
Might want to look into just ordering a set of tires and shipping them over, it would probably be cheaper than buying a set of custom 17" rims. Just a thought.
