I'm thinking the hubcaps now in question may be aftermarket knockoffs of 66-67 Malibu?? Although,as I recall those usually only mimicked company logos. I could be wrong. They're just too similar. Chevy would generally share the same hubcap between models,rather than make one almost the same just to be different. There are variations and I'm not keen on the minute differences. The measurement tells nothing,as all hubcaps from that era,except 3/4ts are interchangeable.Here are what I know as 66/67 Chevelle hubcaps. I think the single one is just minus accent paint.
