There is almost an inch and a half difference in the rear wheel well opening center-line on the Fleet vs. Step side trucks. The stepper is forward when compared to the fleet. We also make a notch specifically for the step side beds now, and If I recall correctly, you have a step side bed... and we sent you the new step side notch.

You should have left your trailing arm cross-member in the forward most mounting position so that the axle lands in the center of the notch/center of the wheel well opening. Should be a simple fix. Go ahead and give us a call with any questions so we can get ya fixed up.
