I got a lock set up at NAPA several years ago. It consisted of a short chain with a type of latch on the end that slipped into a locking mech. You bolt the short chain to the hood and then attach the locking mech. somewhere on the rad. support. To lock it you just slip the latch into the locking mech. and it clips when locked. TO unlock you use a key to unclip the lock and remove the latch. I have it on a 70GMC so it may not work on a 69-72 Chevy trucks because of the closed grill.
