The pin kits come with pins and bushings sized to the pins OD and a little larger than the stock hole to allow for drilling out the potentially hogged out holes. My replacement pins are .3350" diameter. Can't measure the bushing its hidden in the hinge. Make sure they are long enough, to long is not a problem, you can cut them down and retaper the end. Unless there are other issues (rusted bolts breaking, bad sheet metal encountered, etc.) the actual pin replacement is a 10-15 minute deal per hinge. Usually only one hinge on each side is bad, my doors have about 250K miles on them and I only had to replace 2 out of 4. MartinSR has a good tutorial with photos over at stovebolts, its for an AD but TF are the same.
