Re: WTB 71-72 Medium Blue front clip

I was curious for myself so I called and the truck was only 7 miles away, so I went and scoped it out. The original owner passed 6 months ago. His daughter owns it now. Its an original Georgia Truck, purchased at Buford Chevrolet in '72. Dealer emblem still on the tailgate. Keys have been lost. They have hot-wired it. Its a plain-jane truck... 350ci (Crate), 3 OTT, NO POWER. Steering wheel is DONE... Un-cut dash, Coil Spring rear. Original hubcabs on all 4 corners.
Bed and tailgate are in great shape. No rust, No Bow, Just a few dings, drilled holes and scrapes.
Rear Sport bumper is straight.
Cab is better than average I would say. Corners bubbling up, will need outer rockers. (least rust on any original rockers I've ever seen) Good all around the windshield in and out. Floor felt good. I didn't pull back carpet.
Drivers door is rust free, passenger has some rust through.
Very Nice sport Mirrors.
Front Clip and hood, Inner and Outer Grill looked super. Front bumper bent, possibly brackets too. (Easiest opening and closing hood I've ever felt.)
It was getting dark and I couldn't see inner fenders or radiator support good enough to comment on condition.
Their pretty firm on 1300.00 right now.
I'm going back tomorrow with camera and flashlight.
