Anything can be done but im not sure if you would be able to disassemble the columns and switch parts. You could in all likelyhood get the turn signal switch o ut of a 73-82 column and put it in the newer column and swap over the electrical part of the ignition switch if that will also bolt up but at the very least you would have an ugly hole and that large piece on the side of the column which wont look right on your truck... there are tilt columns out there for our trucks you gotta pay for em tho as they are getting rarer
