Based on my ac system rebuild and research, consider a variable orifice tube vs the stock fixed variety. My ac blows 42 degrees from the center vent even at idle or stop and go driving. It was about $30 vs $5 for the fixed, but I believe it has enhanced the performance of my complete R134 conversion..not to mention it supposedly helps keep compressor head pressure from getting too high.
