64-66 Chevy Pickup High Hump 4-Speed Mounting Flange. This is the part that is welded to the cab. I have cut outside the spot welds . They will have to be drilled and then installed in your cab. I beadblasted the lower left hand corner to be sure it is not rusted out. It has light pitting but is solid. If you are switching from a 3-speed or auto to a 4-speed you will need this part.
