So you are saying that the battery is dead when it quits, am I reading this right? If so you definitely have a electrical issue somewhere in the charging circuit. I think I would get a volt guage and wire it either temporarily or permantly so you can observe what is going on with the battery. For testing purposed I would wire it directly to the battery.
