I sis my garage a couple of years ago with some product I got from Home Depot. I want to say Rustoleum. Was very simple to install.. You will just need to amke sure that the floor is somewhat clean and give it time to dry. After taht you just roll it on in sections and if you want throw some of the flakes on top (evenly. I am so glad that i did mine. cause I'm always ahving somekind of oil on the floor and this makes it a snap to clean up..
