Will I need an adapter to mate a 241 to a NV4500 or does the 4wd version NV4500 incorporate the correct bolt pattern?

Im thinking about buying a 241 and swapping input shafts (32 spl), but not sure on the mounting since the 27 spl shafts came from a 350/700 trans.
