Its been ahwile since i got rid of the 59 burb I had so i can't remember the exact difference in the height of the roof panel above the drip rail. Burb/panels have a higher roof line above the drip rail, however, it seems like most of it was in the center. The silouette may be the same at the rear but i would try and locate a truck somewhere to get them side by side and compare.
