Had the same problem on my 5.3l...when I look to the Painless Wiring instructions (mine is a Techrods harness but essentially a copy, and the Painless book helped a great deal) they call for an AC Delco AFS106, which crosses to a Bosch 13474. The application is a 1999 chevy 1500 5.7l, downstream sensor. I know...wrong body style, wrong engine, and wrong placement. But it fits and has been working in mine for over 600 miles now.
