Thanks everyone. I thought that was the case I just wanted to be sure so the pulley didn't fall off when I was far from home. The PCM is already programmed for fans and I think the electric setup looks cleaner than the clutch, plus I got a dual electric setup for $15 at a swapmeet. Much easier than building a shroud and I'm not at all looking for performance gains from this build.
