there was a company in Independence, MO. called Hemco, They made a fiberglas extension for the square bodys, They had 1 or 2 that were done up as their show trucks. (iirc they were a bit pricey add on.)
As far as seeing any on the road, I never did.
Google still shows an address and phone for them but the building has been empty for several years.
