Ok, if you go with a even a light/medium coat of POR15, yes you will not be able to remove nuts. POR15 dries like a coat of power coating!! Now if you spray it, you might be able to get way away with removing nuts with effort. Either way be careful what you use POR15 on. One more reason I like ZeroRust. I don't have to worry about removing bolts or nuts. With the engine sitting on the frame and covered, I spray painted the entire firewall and frame.
