3m Stripe off wheel, we use it every day in the shop to remove stripe, decals and double sided tape left behind when we remove side moldings and trim.

They work good and we've yet to have them damage paint, at least paint that was not already damaged. Make sure you wear eye protection, that stuff flies all over the place.
