10 months isnt that long to me. I would fill it with 92 octane and just run it. change the fuel filter after a few tanks and I would think everything would be ok. My Corvette went over a year on the same tank of fuel about 2 1/2 years ago due to the fact that I rarely drive it and I have had NO PROBLEMS. Even now, I usually park it all winter and never so much as lift the cover off it. Besides, it says in the owners manuel that the car is to be driven only by the man in the family and in sunny weather only! Mine has yet to see a road in the rain. There are just some things that you just dont do................
I say fill up the truck and drive!
