I'd vote disc/drum. I did a full-disc conversion on my '69 2+2 (think Impala) and have had nothing but misery from it. No idea whether it's a mismatch between the master size and the Cadillac rear calipers or what, but it sucks.

I just retrofitted front discs to my '70 drum-drum truck, but used all factory parts from a '72 disc brake equipped truck. I'm a big fan of matched systems.
