You can get a new after market flywheel at Spauldings for a reasonable price. They are made in China, but we used one in my son's '63 with no problems yet. The OEM flywheels aren't real easy to find.

Is a flywheel from a mid 90's camaro-firebird 168 tooth?
My plans changed a little: I am pulling my carbed 350 from my good truck and putting in a lt1(yeah) and hope to find a decent manual overdrive trans. My th350 is shot. Still plan on getting the parts truck running too.
Anyone know if a manual 5 speed trans from a 88 full-size truck has mechanical or electrical driven speedometer? I know in 89 all trucks speedos went to electric. I want a manual overdrive that will still work with my stock speedo...is this wishful thinking?
