What year is your truck? 69? The reason I'm asking is the rear end housing in the 67, 68 and some early 69 trucks was slightly more narrow than the later 69+ trucks.

With a 22x12 and 4.5" backspacing that puts around 7.5 (or more) to the outside of the wheel.

Usually people will run 20x10 (or 22, whatever ..) with 5"BS on an early housing. This will change to 5.5" BS on a late housing. (69 model year forward)

In short, what I'm saying is I don't think your wheels will work without narrowing the rear end, sectioning / widening the rear wheel tubs and adjustments to the bed floor to accomodate. If you're bagging it / lifting the bed floor this may not be a problem but I'm thinking on a factory length rear end your wheels are too wide.
