I ended up trying Never Dull. Seems to have cleaned them up nicely so far. Got both the driver sides done. Going to do passenger side in a few.
Now what to put on them to keep them looking this good?

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
