Well... it's not looking good. Tried the 3M remover and it was like wiping water on the floor... the goo gone was ok but takes about 30 minutes for a silver dollar size clean area.

I just pulled out the 4" angle grinder with a stainless steel twisted wire brush on it... I will just have to wipe the floor clean when I am done getting the glue off and put down some good rust preventor before the dynamat.

Thanks for everyones input. Just too big of a area I guess.
